Who we are
Falah Therapy is an online marketplace that connects members with independently licensed Muslim therapists for scheduled video sessions. We operate the platform; therapists deliver care in their professional capacity.

- Authentication: one-time codes sent by email, and a signed session token stored in a cookie so you stay logged in.
- Bookings and sessions: therapist chosen, session times, booking type (single or package), status, and related support history.
- Payments: amount, currency, payment status, and Stripe identifiers. Card numbers are processed by Stripe; we do not store full card details.
- Therapist listings: professional profile, photo, bio, specialties, availability, and payout details needed to pay therapists.
- Reviews: star rating and comments you submit after eligible sessions.
- Technical data: device and browser information, IP address, and pages you visit as needed to run and secure the service.

International transfers
Members and therapists may be in different countries, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. Your information may be processed where we, your therapist, or our service providers operate. Those locations may not have the same data protection laws as your home country.
Cookies and similar storage
We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you logged in and to finish a booking after you sign in. See our Cookie policy for details.
Retention
We keep account, booking, and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet tax, accounting, and legal requirements. You can ask us to delete your account; some records may need to be retained in limited form.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where we rely on it. To make a request, email support@falahtherapy.com.
Health and session content
Therapy conversations happen between you and your therapist on the video call. We do not use session audio or video as a product feature, and therapists remain responsible for their own clinical records. Do not use the platform for emergencies; call local emergency services or 988 in the United States.
Children
Falah Therapy is intended for adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product or the law changes. The date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
